'West Indies' name is going to change! Gary Sobers, Clive Lloyd, Joel Garner, Andy Roberts, Michael Holding, Viv Richards, Malcolm Marshall, Brian Lara, Courtney Walsh, Curtly Ambrose, and the West Indies will not be named in the Cricket world! The West Indies Cricket Board has decided to replace the name of the West Indies, either for the sake of their destiny or for business reasons. They want to be known as 'Windies' since their 91st anniversary.

Why the team of once-a-lifetime cricketers is a dull, unstable? The time is not good at all. The one-time international cricket team is now a noorious lion Twice the world champions are now at the bottom of the rankings.

They are not in the Champions Trophy this time. This is not the first time in any global competition in the ICC, a team called West Indies. It is a bit of a bad thing for cricket fans but it is very bad. From the West Indies to the 'Windies', it is the same time that they have come back from their cricket.

The Caribbean Board has the advantage of having the name 'Windies' or working with patrons. Board chief executive Johnny Grove said, "This step is only due to the development of Caribbean cricket. This will facilitate working with the sponsors and shareholders. "The Caribbean Cricket Board has changed their name to this opportunity. Instead of the West Indies Cricket Board (WCB), their name is now West Indies Cricket.

Why is the name 'Windies' taken? Board President Dave Cameron said, "This name is more common in Caribbean islands. The West Indies team, known as Windies, is known to cricket fans. The inhabitants of this region or the cricket fans think that the name of the Windies is more than that.'
